I have not worked or filed taxes in 11 years, and nobody has claimed me in that time also. In 2012 I worked approx. 2 weeks and I received a small amount of spousal support. Do I have to file? Is spousal supprort (New York State) taxable income that needs to be reported? Thanks!

More facts are needed. Why did you not file for 11 years? How much money did you earn for the 2 weeks? Did you receive a W-2 or Form 1099? Was any withholding taken out? Is the spousal support alimony and tax deductible by your husband? These answers are necessary to give you a proper reply.
