Legal Question in Traffic Law in New York

Hi, i am 21. I got caugh today by a cops in NY Bayside today for driving a motorcycle without a lincense, I got a permit though.they charge me VTL 509-2 and gave me a ticket(Operate out of class, no "M" endorsment, I freak out! can anyone tell me please what is going to happen? Will there be a Crimial Record!!!???am I going to jail???will there be any effect?

Don't panic,you will not be going to jail. From your question I can't determine whether your offense is answerable in Traffic violations Bureau or in Criminal Court.
