Legal Question in Traffic Law in New York
1180D Speeding Ticket
I received a speeding ticket for supposedly doing 82 in a 65 mph zone on NY Thruway South just outside of Albany on 6/28/08 and I am not sure what to do as I have a NJ driver's License. I need some suggestions as to how to handle this ticket.

Unfortunately there isn't a clear cut answer. Depending on the Court, you'll likely end up with some kind of offense that will translate into 2 points on your Jersey license.
There are some ways around that- again it depends on the Court. Where is the ticket returndable?
