Re: accident

As to the ticket itself, depending upon how many times in the past you have been convicted of driving with no insurance, you are facing fines, loss of driving priveleges for at least a year, and possibly jail time. The only defense for a driving with no insurance ticket is that you had insurance. For the accident, if someone sues you and you don't have insurance then you would be responsible for paying any judgment against you. This could be very expensive to you. Good luck.
