aggravated unlicesed operation

hi i was pulled over the other day and was given two tickets one aggravated unlicesed operation and suspanded reg. I was going to take care of the reg and license when i was pulled over. i have 4 months left on probation on top of this now i am wondering if i bring to court the proof that i took care of my regestration and licenses will they drop this down to like a violation so that i am not really looking at a crimanal offence i mean i dont want to be violated on probation for being stupid and not having someone take me please help thanks

Re: aggravated unlicesed operation

Yes taking care of the issues underlying the tickets may save you the conviction for a crime. You still have to report the arrest (tickets) to your probation officer, but if when you report you also say you are going to DMV to take care of them, it should work in your favor.

You may want to speak to a lawyer ahead of your going to probation just to make sure you have representation should the worst happen.

Good luck.

I need more information before advising you. I need to know where the offense occured and must talk to yor P.O. to see what outcomes will result in you're being violated. Call my office@7188340087 for a free phone consultation.
