Legal Question in Traffic Law in New York
Can I be arrested?
My car lost traction and I went off the side of the road. Thank god, I didnt hit anyoneor anything but several cars saw me. I am wondering if I can be arrested for this since no ploice man witnessed this themselves.

It depends, was there an accident? Did you do damage to someone else's property?
If not then a police officer must witness a traffic infraction or be able to peice one together from physical evidence at the scene to be able to charge you in a case like this.
