Legal Question in Traffic Law in New York
Article 23 (1102)
If a charge is changed from 1180 (speeding) to 1102 (failure to comply with lawful order), is it a good plea bargain? What exactly does ''failure to comply with lawful order'' mean? Thank you.

To answer your question via e-mail is too difficult ,more factors need to be discussed. However you may call my office for a free phone consultation. @718-834-0087. It does on it's face seem to be a good plea bargain.
