Is A Bus Driver Liable After Being Rearended?
Say I was the bus driver of a school bus that was rearended while either stopped or in motion. Would I be liable if someone in the back seat of my bus died or had an injury due to this accident? - SBL

Re: Is A Bus Driver Liable After Being Rearended?
You are only liable for your own wrongdoing. If you are not at fault in the accident, then you are not liable for any injuries suffered by anyone.
However, if you are at fault, then you are liable for the deaths.
