Car accident involving a pedestrian
There was a car accident involving a pedestrian, an old lady crossing in the middle of the street. The driver of the car got summons from the Supreme Court to submit his statement. What can be done? What are the possible charges for the driver of the car.

This fact pattern is somewhat confusing. I am not sure what you mean by a summons from the Supreme Court to submit a "statement." Do you mean submit to a deposition? If you are concerned about criminal charges please contact me because there are more questions to be asked. I can be contacted at (212) 867-4753
