cell phone use or lack thereof
i was pulled over for a so called cell phone usage how can i fight that?

Pleading not guilty and requesting a hearing is always recommended. Whether the police officer doesn't appear or appears but is willing to reduce or change the type of offense, the driver can benefit by having a hearing.
