Disobey traffic control device

I got pulled over by a state policeman in the town of crawford in pine bush n.Y. Doing 68mph in a 55mph.When he came back he gave me a ticket for failure to obey a traffic device. I do not know if i should plea guilty or not.I have to submit my plea by 2/7/09 to the town of crawford court in pine bush ny

You lose nothing by pleading not guilty,do not however ask for a supporting deposition[this causes more work for the P.O.]You could have been charged with speeding a 4 point violation, but the P.O. gave you a 2 point violation summons.
