Legal Question in Traffic Law in New York

dont know what to do need help
I was drinking the night before and blacked out. Last thing I remember is watching tv and being woke up by my parents. I reported my car stolen (2 sheriff dep. and insurance company)

Talked to a officer who broke the party up and found my car. He told me he did not remember seeing me there. and put XX's in the drivers section on the police report.

this is where things get messy, my room mate said I drove my car and was at the party. He said there is witnesses there who would say I was there.

this is also my first time being in trouble with any kind of law.
