Legal Question in Traffic Law in New York
Driving out of class
I had a driving out of class ticket that I didn't pay and forgot about. I haven't received any mail about it or anything. My license is suspended. What do I need to do to get my license back. What will my fines be and such?

Re: Driving out of class
You should retain a lawyer immediately so that he can contact the court and have it rescheduled.
What I usually do is have it rescheduled. talk to the prosecutor and have it worked out, so that you might not even have to appear.
If you are stopped for driving on any infracton, you can be charged with a crime for driving with your liscense suspended.
If you would like more information, please feel free to contact me.
