Legal Question in Traffic Law in New York
Driving on a suspended license/No Reg.
I was recently pulled over and given 2 tickets for driving w/ a suspended license and revoked Registration due to no insurance.My insurance co. said they never received my payment and did not contact me,they sent my info. to DMV and they failed to contact me.The time elapsed was 137 days and this really hurts us because my husband needs to get to med. appts. and this was our only vehicle.This is my first ever traffic ticket.Is there a chance of them allowing me to register my vehicle again because this was my first offense?What do I need to do now?
