Legal Question in Traffic Law in New York

In Fl Now ,Mistaken revoked license from NY

In NY my license was revoked due to a mix up in County paperwork stating I owed child support where in fact it was alimony. I currently am clear from child support & the alimony was a satisfied judgement & they take money from my ck bi-wkly.There is also a traffic related judgement which a lawyer from NY cant seem to bypass as calls r unreturned

I now reside in Fl, have a business license for home repairs & need to know how I can go about obtaining a drivers license. If Fl will pick up on NY if I apply anew or if I can get a conditional license as I have a wife & 2 kids. I need to get this entire matter NY & Fl resolved..Thank You, Eddie

My suggestion is that you come to N.Y. with all the proper documentation indicating all of your support obligations have been fulfilled.Retain an experienced traffic violations attorney and then the matter will hopefully be resolved.Be prepared to spend some time in N.Y. to do this.As for the traffic related judgement ,without more specifics it is hard to evaluate. If it is merely an unpaid or unanswered ticket that also can be resolved at the same time .However more info is necessary. You may call my office @718 834-0087 to discuss it further.
