Legal Question in Traffic Law in New York
A friend of mine got a speedy ticket and has to go to court, and since I can't drive yet ive been using him as my ride. Is there a way he can avoid getting points on his license?

Yes, your friend can plead not guilty and try and fight the ticket. This is the only way to possibly avoid points.
If he/she wants a free consultation, tell your friend to email us a photo of the front of the ticket and phone number.

Not enough information. Maybe. Have your friend ask the question with more information about the speed, the court, his record, etc.
