Handicap Parking
I recently received a parking ticket at my apt complex for parking in a handicap spot. I had forgotten to place my plackard on the mirror. Is this something I can fight.

Yes. Just bring the placard to the parking ticket clerk and a copy of the ticket and very often she can dismiss the ticket herself on production.
