Legal Question in Traffic Law in New York
hit and run
I was hit by a drunk driver who fled the scene and was later apprehended... I have minimal physical damage, but have back pains from being hit and also a load of mental stress which is affecting my personal and professional life. Can i sue the perp for everything he's got?
