Legal Question in Traffic Law in New York
my license was suspened in 2008 for a unpaind stop sign ticket. I have a clean record but am mostly afraid now that it has been so long. any thoughts i know iu should just go to cour tbut definitly fearful

If it is simply the stop sign ticket and the suspension an attorney may be able to handle the case for you without your having to appear in court. If you were not charged with driving while your license was suspended ( a misdemeanor) the above ticket should be resolved fairly easily.
