what do i have to do to get my liscence unsuspended, when it got suspended for not paying a fine on time?

Payment of the fine plus a reinstatement fee to the Dept. of Motor Vehicles will generally lift the suspension in cases such as yours.

Contact the jurisdiction where you received the fine. They had your license suspended. Asked them how to pay it.
