Legal Question in Traffic Law in New York
I live on a dead end street. During a recent snow storm, I parked in the opposite direction to assist my wife out of the car. On the sidewalk was a huge snow pile. When I help my wife into the house, I returned to find a parking ticket on my windshield. Can I fight this ticket?
