Legal Question in Traffic Law in New York
I live in OH and got a ticket in NY for talking on my cell phone while driving. We don't have that law in OH. I was in the process of pulling over when I answered my phone. The officer even commented that I was going 25 mph in a 35 mph area. What will most likely happen if I pleadnot guilty and lose/

The only penalty a cell phone ticket in New York brings is a fine. There are no points. Even if there were points, Ohio would not bother with them. Your better off pleading guilty then spending the time going to court.
