Legal Question in Traffic Law in New York
I got a moving violation summons in NY and answered not guilty I got a TRIAL DATE (not a pre-trial) I called to postpone the date and the court say NO I must appear on that date, the police officer that issue the ticket was not present in court, (he didn't arrived) is this enough to get ticket dismissed or the court may reschedule for another date
