This is a 2 point ticket. You can fight it and or pay it. To pay it, you can go to the court or pay online at the DMV web site. To fight it, you plead not guilty and follow the instructions on the back of the ticket. If you do not want to go to court, you can hire an attorney to handle it for you. You need to look at the back of the summons. It will tell you if you can plead guilty by mail. If it doesn't say you can, you must go. Further, it is a moving violation so you will have points on your license.
