Legal Question in Traffic Law in New York
Obstructed Windows (Tints)
I pulled through a police checkpoint with windows down prior to even seeing the checkpoint. was forced to pull up windows revealing my tints allowing them to issue a ticket. They guessed i had front tints because i had back tints (completly legal). Entrapment? or anything?

Without knowing where this occured ,I can only offer general advice. These are no point violations and most jurisdictions will either plea bargain or possibly dismiss the charges if the tint was removed in a timely manner. You may get more specific advice by contacting my office.
