Officer claims i ran a red light. A big lie.

He put a wrong zip code on the ticket when writing my address. Can this ticket be dismissed?

That is a ministerial error which will not trigger a dismissal. You have the right to confront and cross-examine the P.O. at the hearing therefore errors on the summons will not result in dismissal. You may contact my office for more information @7188340087

No, simple errors in the address or name can be cured at the trial and are therefore not defects in the ticket for the purposes of proof of the infraction. Only defects in identification of the person or the infraction can trigger a dismissal and those can be cured at trial in many cases as well.
