Legal Question in Traffic Law in New York
operating out of class ticket
does this cost anything or what does this mean exactly all i know is i have to mail it in what hppens?

It depends upon where the offense is returnable. If it is a traffic infraction then either there is a defense or there will be a fine assessed. If it is a criminal court charge there is "plea bargaining" but there is also the possibility of jail, a criminal record and/or a fine.
