Legal Question in Traffic Law in New York
parking ticket
I received a parking ticket in New York City and can not afford to go back and fight it. If I don't pay or go to court what will happen, will Missouri arrest me?

No ,parking tickets in N.Y. are civil not criminal in nature and therefore you will not be subject to arrest. Why not plead guilty,guilty with explanation,or not guilty by mail and it will be adjudicated by mail also. Good luck.
