Legal Question in Traffic Law in New York

I'm a passenger in a vehicle stopped because of a left headlight out?

I have no criminal record and have never been subject to this before! Only the driver and myself are in ihe car.

When a 2nd officer walked to my side, he asked me for I.D. I said it's in my pocket. As I have it in my hand,I asked ''Why is it you need my I.D.? He points to the badge on his uniform and says ''because I have this(his badge!! Then tne next officer came to my window and said ''DID YOU HEAR WHAT THE FUCK HE SAID?''. I had my I.d. in hand. I SAID ''WHY THE F..K ARE YOU CURSING AT ME!!

''Get out the car!!'' I got out, he swung me around up against the van twisting my arms harder!!

I said ''I have my I.D.''(now in my upward twisted arms behind my back)!! I repeated, ''but why are you (yelling) cursing at me!''

Then he said ''I cursed at you''?

Mocking me!! I was arreted for disorderly conduct and obstructing an arrest (my own)!!

I was in jail for 2 days and found guilty!! Convicted!! I have to report for 2 days of social services.!!

After I give them the 2 days, can I appeal this?

I produced my I.D.!! I can''t ask the police a question, without this abuse and injustice.

P.S. They started looking through my pockets until I mentioned that a female officer is to frisk me

That sounds like a horrible experience you had. You said you were in jail for two days and "found" guilty, but you didn't state whether you had a trial or whether you pleaded guilty. If you wish to discuss this further you may contact my office via email.
