Legal Question in Traffic Law in New York
Are Police allowed to run radar (speed Enforcement) from
private property, without the consent of the property owner in
New York State? Thank you.

Depends on what part of the property they are on. Every municipality has an automatic easement on a percentage of property for all purposes. If the police are on that portion of the property, they do not need permission. This easement is usually contiguous with the road but not exclusively. If they are just off of the road on a strip alongside the road then you do not have a leg to stand on.
