Legal Question in Traffic Law in New York
Possession of a forged instrument etc.
What might the charges be for possession of a forged inspection sticker. A bench warrent was issued. The other charges are non registered motor vehicle, no auto insurance,no drivers licence.This is not the first time for these tickets.(10-15 years ago)
