How do I find out about any misdemeanors or felonies that I may have against me?

Re: Public record.
First, If you have any criminal record, you would have been taken to court and gone through the process and you would definitely know if you have a record.
Second, you can go to the court of record where your case was handled and request a certificate of disposition.
Third, you can contact the Office of Criminal Justice Services in Albany and file an application to get your criminal record, you will have to supply several official copies of your finger prints and pay a fee.
