Legal Question in Traffic Law in New York
I was pulled over for driving with a suspended license, the reason for the suspention was because i was convicted of a DWAI.I was wondering if there was a deal that could be made with the DA so that i can possibly avoid being charged with the misdemeaner? Im not familiar with legal terms.

Retain a competent criminal defense attorney. It seems you do not have any real defenses ,unless you had a restricted license at the time of the incident. A good attorney might be able to negotiate a "plea bargain". You may contact my office @ 718-834-0087 for a phone consultation.
