Legal Question in Traffic Law in New York
Hi Can I put in a request for a traffic case trial adjournment based on not receiving disclosure requested? I put in a request for a supporting deposition several months ago and still did not receive it however the court date for trial is coming up shortly. I live in Long Island, NY. Thank you.

You make a written motion to dismiss based on the failure to serve the supporting deposition within 15 days.
