Legal Question in Traffic Law in New York
I received a ticket for failure to yield to a
stop sign but the violations code on my ticket is VTL (vehicle traffic law) 1127a which is going wrong way on a one way street can I fight it and get it dismissed on that technicality?

It is possible, but not likely. Because you have a right to a hearing with the opportunity to confront and crossexamine, the court will usually allow amendments of the sec of law at the hearing. A good attorney might help ,but economics will be a factor to consider. You may contact my office @7188340087 for a consultation.
