Legal Question in Traffic Law in New York

i received a traffic ticket, totally forgot about it 2 years ago. i checked the state site. the outcome was "case closed" withdrawn" ...i live in ny but the ticket was in pa. i never received anything in the mail. does this withdrawn ticket stay on my file?

Probably best to contact a PA lawyer, that is not a term NYS DMV uses or it may have a different meaning. Good Luck
