Legal Question in Traffic Law in New York
I received a traffic ticket almost a year ago in september of 2015, I called the reporting court in December, and the clerk told me that the ticket was missing and was never uploaded. Up until may where I go to school is where i get my mail and never received any documentation, and NOW i have a received a suspension notice on my license. What can i do to fight it? I was never given anything for the fine to pay!

You can make a motion to lift the suspension by either going to court yourself or retaining an attorney to do so. At that time you can decide whether to contest the violation or just pay the penalty depending upon the charge.Do NOT wait too long because should you get stopped while driving with a suspended license ,you are subject to arrest.
