Legal Question in Traffic Law in New York
I recently was ticketed for a rolling stop on a stop sign. What is the best way to defend against this to have the least impact on my insurance? I am planning on taking a defensive driving course to clear my license of the 4 points, but I was wondering if there is are any other steps I can take to reduce the damage of the ticket?

It depends on where you got the ticket. Most courts outside of NYC will offer you a plea reduction.
