Legal Question in Traffic Law in New York
Revoked License
What course of action may I take against an individual driving with a revoked license, seeing that this individual totaled my parked vehicle? The insurance company is undoubtedly undervaluing the vehicle primarily because of its age. However, it has low miles and minimal aesthetic defects. I would love like to get out of this situation without any financial burden imposed on myself and ultimately driving away with my original car repaired.

Re: Revoked License
As an individual, the only action that you can take is to take the person to court in a civil action. If you can get someone with credibility to testify to the court that your court has a value greater than what your or his insurance company values the vehicle at you can bring a case.
