Re: run stop light reduced to non moving violation

It is possible that the 'plea bargain' agreement is no longer 'good'. It may have been revoked.

In any event, your first course of business is to go to the court and report in. Make the required court appearence and then ask for an adjournment to have a lawyer assist you.

It is possible that there is a warrant issued for you and that must be striken. The court will do that as a matter of course. However, a good story will help.

Perhaps you thought the 'family friend' had handled the whole matter for you and now you have found otherwise?
