sub section 1180B
Irecently recived a traffic ticket sub section 1180B for speeding 120mph in a 55 mph zone it wasnt written as a misdomeanor nor wreckless driving i wasnt aressted and this is my first offense im here looking for advice as to how i should aproch this should i hire a lawyer? what should i do?

The penalty you could receive for speeding depends on how fast you are going.
going 65 miles per hour over the speed limit can be construed as reckless driving. It doesn't have to be written as reckless driving on the ticket. the department of motor vehicles considers the miles per hour traveled over 55 mph
while not being a misdemeanor it could give the DMV the right to restrict or revolt your license.
I would suggest that you get a lawyer right away.
