Legal Question in Traffic Law in New York
Shopping Cart Accident
Our shopping cart blew into a car. Are we liable for the damages even if the wind blew the cart into the car. And we are not even sure the wind did it, it could have been someone walking through and pushed it. But it was clearly an accident. Please help. I am a store manager of this store and the owner is upset.
