Legal Question in Traffic Law in New York
Hello I am a sovereign citizen and reserve my rights without prejudice under UCC 1-308 in the state of New York and was looking for confirmation that the NYS vehicle and traffic law section on basic traffic infractions ( speeding, seatbelt, turn signal, and so on) is not actually official law, even though stated as such, but is actually a state wide code, statute, ordinance or act in which case the judge would have no jurisdiction without a contractual obligation between myself and the court system. Any help would be grately appreciated. Thank you.

You are very wrong. When you voluntarily drive on the roads of a jurisdiction, you impliedly agree to abide by the rules & regulations of the traffic laws of that jurisdiction.
