It mostly depends where the case took place & where the hearing will be held. If the hearing is held @ Traffic Violations bureau ,it will be very difficult. There is NO plea bargaining there & the burden of proof is quite difficult to overcome. The officer can prevail by establishing one of two criteria. You can be convicted by the officer's trained estimate of your speed &/or his use of a properly functioning speed measuring device.
