Legal Question in Traffic Law in New York

The speed limit is 30 and i am driving 58 what can i do and this was first time in my life pull over what should i do

It mostly depends where the case took place & where the hearing will be held. If the hearing is held @ Traffic Violations bureau ,it will be very difficult. There is NO plea bargaining there & the burden of proof is quite difficult to overcome. The officer can prevail by establishing one of two criteria. You can be convicted by the officer's trained estimate of your speed &/or his use of a properly functioning speed measuring device. For you to prevail you must invalidate both the estimate & the devise.You do have a high speed so it will be a difficult task. An attorney might help but not necessarily .
