Legal Question in Traffic Law in New York
speeding in 30mph zone
i got a ticket for speeding in a 30mph zone. ticket narrative says'' over 30mph/ no posted sign'' the boxes for ''mph'' and ''in mph zone'' are filled as 30 and 51 respectively. My qs is, did the office fill in the speed and zone information incorrectly. should it have been mph =51 and '' in mph zone '' = 30.
if it was incorrectly filled. can my case me dismissed ?
