speeding

i was pulled over and officer said i was clocked at 45 in a 30 when i asked to see radar he refused stating that nys does not require that he show it is this ture? cause i was not going over 30 just pulled out of a driveway- how can i fight this?

The officer is not required to show you the radar reading. There are a number of ways to fight this ticket. We have been doing so for 17 years. There is no requirement that the officer show you his radar. You can request a hearing to resolve the issue. In some jurisdictions you are entitled to a supporting deposition and can plea bargain, in others you cannot. With more specifics I can offer better advice.
