Legal Question in Traffic Law in New York
Speeding ticket, 3 cars pulled over
I was recently issued a ticket for going 80 in a 55 mph zone. I was the second of 3 cars pulled over. I was not even asked rather I was speeding, but was told that I was going fast, and should slow then. Then he handed me a ticket. Is there an easy defense for this? Can you pull over three cars and claim you clocked all 3 prior to pulling them over?

Re: Speeding ticket, 3 cars pulled over
Yes ,three cars can be pulled over and issued tickets for speeding at the same time. You may have some options as well as defenses ,however I cannot determine that from your inquiry. You may contact my office @7188340087 for a free phone consultation.
