Speeding Ticket from 1991
A friend has an outstanding speeding ticket from June 1991 and had his license suspended for it. He has never been to court for this. Is there a statute of limitations on speeding tickets?

There are no statutes of limitations on speeding tickets, your friend should resolve this incident before he's stopped again and is arrested for driving with a suspended license. You may call my office for more info @718-834-0087. By the way I am a former Traffic Court JUdge.
