Legal Question in Traffic Law in New York
i got a speeding ticket and the section sub section box was filled out with code 1180B. Is there such code? i looked everywhere and that code is like it does not exist. I there is not such code does the ticket get thrown away?

Speeding under the VTL is sec 1180. Your case will not be dismissed if either the sec of law or the wording "speeding " is included in the summons. The law only requires that you are aware of the offense . That is the case here. You may contact my office @ 718-834-0087 fore more info.
