Speeding Ticket - Section 1180D
I have got a speeding ticket in Chester Town, NY for driving at 79 mph in a 65 mph zone. I have a NJ driving license. Please advise if I should plaese guilt or not.. Also how many points will I get if I plead guilty

It depends upon if you are guilty or not. A speeding conviction in NY does translate to points on your NJ license. You however may be able to plea-bargain this to a no point violation. You may contact my office @7188340087 for a free phone consultation.
